一、音乐节的宗旨
  (1)搭建长期稳定的、有影响力的校园原创音乐平台;
  (2)挖掘校园音乐人才、推动原创音乐的发展;
  (3)促进立原创音乐与整个音乐界、传媒界的沟通和交流。
  二、音乐会定位
  风格设计将在“前卫+时尚+激情+创造力”的特有定位上表现出原创音乐群体多元化的特性。
  三、活动硬件保障
  本次活动的地点是周村区体育馆,在此举行过多次大型晚会。演出音箱均为专业吉他音箱2台,贝斯音箱一台,世界名鼓一套。进口台口音箱全套。调音师均为本地知名调音师做现场调音。
  四、具体流程
  (1)音乐节时间:20XX年
  12月
  25日
  (2)地点:浙大体育馆
  (3)彩排试音时间::*月*日安装音响设备,*月*日下午2点进行模拟彩排试音,要求所有节目按照演出流程彩排一遍,确保演出万无一失。
  (4)舞台布置:演出当天空上午由社团负责人员布置演出场地。
  (5)观众入场:下午5:50观众入场。工作人员协调秩序。
  (6)演出开始:下午6:30演出正式开始,主办方登场,并由主赞助商致辞。
  (7)演出结束:9:00左右演出结束,观众离场,社团工作人员及演出人员合影留念,工作人员清理场地。
  五、音乐节的形式
  (1)表演形式:以原创为主,可部分翻唱。
  (2)出演的单位包括淄博十多所高校及本地数十只支乐队中选拔的10-15支优秀乐队;
  (3)除校园原创乐队外,届时还有著名音乐人******参加助兴;
  六、宣传方案
  1、传单:由工作人员在十区三县高校区及市内超多发放。
  2、条幅:在活动前期,将与音乐节及赞助商有关的条幅放置在人流集中的区域,长度10m左右;活动期间,在音乐会演出场地挂出相关条幅,并将各赞助商的宣传条幅布置在会场的显眼处。
  3、海报:海报将会在十区三县各大高校,休闲娱乐场所的宣传栏上贴出,资料以绘画及文字的形式体现。
  4、喷绘:作为演出宣传的主要工具,喷绘将长期放在各大校园内,只至活动结束。喷绘预计5个,每一个都可加入赞助商的广告资料,实际方案课余主办方具体商议。
  5、媒体宣传以网上宣传为主,音乐节相关的宣传广告及视频短片将会放在“旮旯论坛”、“淄博立音乐网”;等网站的头版。
  6、将联系淄博电视台以及地区电视台做本次音乐节的报道。
  七、公司参与及回报
  参与方式:
  1、赞助商以冠名的形式进行赞助,并带给
  大学生音乐节的部分活动资金;
  2、赞助商仅赞助整个活动的一项或几项,则只须带给该赞助项的资金支出。
  回报方式:
  1、赞助商在整个活动周期中都将得到淄博立音乐网的大力宣传,主赞助商将得到本次活动的全程冠名权,其他赞助商亦将得到各分项活动的冠名权;
  2、各赞助商将能在演出现场进行致辞演说等,以到达广告宣传的目的;
  3、传单、条幅、海报、喷绘等宣传用品上也可应赞助商的要求,带给其广告宣传用地。
  宣传原则:
  在保证音乐会宣传工作正常进行的基础上,可根据赞助商的要求做任何调整,具体
  方案可由双方进一步商讨。
